Patient accessibility

Motorized column adjustment covers standing and seated patient positioning. U-arm geometry and adjustable height make wheelchair-bound patient scanning practical without requiring transfer.

We stock common MEYER spare parts in Shanghai for fast dispatch. Extended warranty available.

Do I need the cephalometric arm? +

The Pro-3DE is available in both configurations. The cephalometric arm adds about 815 mm to the width and 40–45 kg to the weight — and is valuable if you handle orthodontics, orthognathic cases or sleep-apnea airway analysis. If you don't do these workflows, the without-ceph version saves room space and about 15% on the unit price. Tell us which configuration fits when you inquire and we'll price accordingly.

Can I register this unit in my country? +

Regulations for Chinese-origin refurbished medical devices vary significantly. MEYER products are sold worldwide, but registration is jurisdiction-specific. We provide the full technical file, original product documentation, bill of lading and certificate of origin to support your local registration process.
