Unlike 2-in-1 units that reconstruct panoramic and cephalometric views from 3D data, Implagraphy drives each modality with a dedicated capture mode — dramatically lowering patient radiation dose and preserving diagnostic image quality.

What is included in the standard package? +

The complete Implagraphy 3-in-1 gantry with integrated cephalometric arm, Ez3D-i viewer software with license, dedicated workstation PC, patient positioning accessories (chin rest, temple supports, bite block), remote exposure handswitch, operator manual, and all installation consumables. Shipping crate designed for sea or air freight.

Do you provide CE certificates and regulatory documentation? +

Yes. The Implagraphy is CE-marked by VATECH (Korea). We provide a full document pack including CE certificate, ISO 13485 manufacturer certificate, declaration of conformity, test reports and — where applicable — country-specific registration support (e.g. ANVISA assistance for Brazil, COFEPRIS for Mexico).

What is the typical lead time and shipping cost? +

In-stock units ship within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Sea freight to most major ports is 25–45 days; air freight is 5–10 days. Exact shipping cost depends on destination — we can provide FOB Shanghai, CIF or DDP quotes.

How does warranty and after-sales service work internationally? +

Standard warranty is 12 months on the main unit and 24 months on the flat panel detector from the date of installation. During warranty we provide free replacement of defective parts (shipping borne by buyer). Remote diagnostic support is available 24/7 via TeamViewer, and our engineers can join your on-site technician via video call for guided installation and troubleshooting.

Can I see sample DICOM files before ordering? +

Absolutely — we encourage it. Send us a message and we'll share a set of real DICOM files captured on the exact unit configuration you're considering, along with screen-recorded walkthroughs of the Ez3D-i software. Your radiologist or dentist can evaluate image quality hands-on before committing.

What payment terms do you accept? +

T/T bank wire is most common — typically 30% deposit on order, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is also accepted for orders above USD 30,000. For repeat dealer customers, more flexible terms can be negotiated.
